Location: London x2 days a week. x3 days a week working from home/remotely
ZMedia is hiring for an experience Planner/Campaign Manager to join a large conglomorate, global news and media company. The successful applicant will help advance the overall goals of the sales department by assisting with pre-sales activity, campaign stewardship and new revenue generation with client’s advertising campaigns.
About the Role
In this opportunity as Media & Campaign Manager, EMEA, you will:
Pre-Sales- Provide sales support to dedicated members of the sales team
- Analyse research data and develop consumer insights for customers
- Internal liaison to the marketing, finance and operations teams
- Create Media Plans at a regional and local country level for Clients, Agencies & Reps
Campaign Stewardship
- Review agency IO’s and contract terms in order to get management signature/ approval
- Communicate and secure inventory or new programs with ad operations group
- Process insertion orders and revisions
- Communicate with Marketing and Design teams regarding program elements requiring product/design development
- Track the daily performance of campaigns and optimise as needed to ensure all campaigns deliver on client's’ KPI effectively
- Work with ad operations to ensure delivery of campaigns
- Work with ad operations and sales executives to optimize media campaigns
- Serve as the primary point of contact for agency media teams in regard to creative assets collection and management, campaign optimization recommendations and day-to-day campaign maintenance
Post Sales- Reconcile billing issues with the clients and accounting team
- Maintain third-party reports on all campaigns to ensure accurate billing for customers and maintain campaign fulfillment with the AdOps team with weekly meetings
- Develop summary reports that reflect performance of the campaign with screenshots and final campaign tracking reports
- Provide end of campaign report/analysis
- Qualifications
- About You You’re a fit for the role if you: Have previous experience in online advertising, preferably in media/ sales planning (2+ years preferred) Have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint Have solid understanding of Ad Operations and Trafficking Have expertise in Operative.One and a solid understanding of Salesforce Have experience with Google Analytics is preferred Have excellent communication (verbal and written) and time management skills Are a self-starter, capable of delivering on goals with minimum supervision
