Description

The Campaign Operations Manager will be responsible for delivery and trafficking of clients’ campaigns. The ideal person for this role will need to be comfortable interacting with all parts of the agency and have high quality advertising experience.

The role requires the ability to work in a pressured environment and the knowledge and confidence to create, deliver and report on campaigns. Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy, as well as an ability to take ownership, are integral to the role.

The model candidate will have an eye for detail, an appetite to work with numbers and be comfortable with remote working but be prepared to travel to London for client and publisher meetings.

Role Responsibility

  • Responsible for the successful creation and delivery of campaigns, including but not limited to quality control, trafficking, troubleshooting, reporting, optimisation, and reporting.

  • Lead workflow and communication to collate technical specs from publishing partners and support clients with correct asset creation.
  •  
  • QA campaign assets and creatives against advertising standards and for specifications compliance to ensure proper functionality and optimised client creative build processes.
  •  
  • Manage partners and clients to ensure deadlines are met and campaign assets are successfully delivered in accordance with campaign’s launch, including custom ad experiences.

  • Set up test & preview pages and test creatives as needed and send to internal team members and external clients directly.
  •  
  • Traffic campaigns in line with internal standards, including links and creative coordination to successfully manage all areas of tag creation and distribution.

  • Monitor tag and tracking pixel implementation ensuring successful campaign launch.
  •  
  • Analyse campaign data to provide insights and optimizations across all publishers, packages, ad types, creatives and KPIs across the delivery timeframe.

  • Ensuring good relationships with Agency Account Teams, project managers both across clients and publishers, and our ad server provider.
  •  
  • Provide operational support to clients to resolve any issues and develop a plan for the prevention of the same issues.
  •  
  • Proactively provide insight, reports, and analysis to assist planners and buyers in achieving a best buying practice to our clients and promoting campaign performances.
  •  
  • Achieve and maintain low error rates. Put in place measures to prevent future errors.
  •  
  • Continually work to improve working practices to ensure efficient trafficking and best in class delivery.
  •  
  • Ensure that campaigns are launched on time, that campaign performance is adequately monitored, and any performance issues are communicated to the Accounts team in a timely manner.

  • Assist in the operational implementation of new ad products.

 
The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience
  • Digital advertising operations experience.
  • Experience in Google Ad Manager/Flashtalking or equivalent proposal submissions & approvals.
  • Experience of campaign delivery and optimisation.
  • Experience of working with Google Ad Manager (+ DV360) / Flashtalking or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of programmatic.
  • Experience of the QA process, IAB standards, troubleshooting and using trafficking related tools.
  • Knowledge of the digital advertising market, including awareness of current and future industry trends, knowledge of key broadcasters, publishers & agencies in the digital industry and familiarity with commercial trading methods.
  • A thorough understanding of advertising performance metrics
  •  Attention to detail and ownership of tasks, ability to work independently and collaboratively
  •  Natural ability to problem solve, with superior time management skills to ensure we are effectively delivering our clients’ campaigns
