A Fantastic ad-tech business who work with a lot of partners across world to build leads for brands and agencies to access. They manage ad campaigns internally and make sure data quality / leads are high quality. Applying their unique algorithm, they're able to supply 'intent to buy' data to their clients. This all functions without using cookies and is incredibly well received by agencies and brands.
They work with a lot of agency groups but want to penetrate further in existing agencies and unlock new ones. This role would suit any brilliant sales people who have sold to agencies/brands and helped to grow these significantly. Anyone from Lead Generation or Intent Data background would be perfect.
This business is big on wellness and put their staff first. They work a 4 1/2 day week, closing on Fridays from 1pm. Recognition is also big with staff awards every month, staff trips once a month and promotions from within. A great meritocracy.
