- Job Title - Senior Conference Producer
Salary - Up to £60,000

With a return to physical events happening alongside growing digital content production, this business is positioned to accommodate more speakers than ever before. They are focused on producing the best HR tech conference in Europe, as well as growing their footprint outside of Europe.
Job purpose:
The key aims of this role are to drive a proactive, detail-oriented approach to their clients and speakers, ensuring that the fine print of their events are executed efficiently and to the standard that this community expects.
About the role:
As a Senior Producer, you will work closely with the Head of Production on their conferences, continuously upgrading your industry knowledge and building relationships with leading clients. You will take a leading position on one of their annual events, managing the research, development, and deployment of conference content. You are responsible for client and stakeholder correspondence, liaising between clients and content leaders, identifying, and connecting with HR tech industry representatives, building trust in the brand, and ensuring we deliver a first-class service to our clients. You will participate in directing and delivering the key product of their events, ensuring clients enjoy the full benefit of the products.
Key responsibilities:
· Project manage a conference from a content perspective, encapsulating organic and sponsored speakers.
· Oversee the management of both Organic and Commercial conference speakers, in participation with the Head of Production.
· Work closely with Head of Production and Director of Insight to align key messaging, themes, and communications.
· Provide insights on key themes and topics to ensure the brand provides insightful, engaging content to their attendees.
· Ensure accurate and data-restriction compliant data across relevant platforms.
· Participate in the planning and delivery of speaking sessions for physical events.
· Provide support to the digital delivery team as needed for speaker management and research.
· Engage with C-Level executives from the world's fastest-growing companies on a daily basis
· Build long-term business relationships with core clientele.
· Control accurate and timely updates of client data within systems to aid future reporting.
· Participate in the creation and oversight of key documentation for onsite engagements.
· Work closely with the production, operations, sponsorship sales, marketing and finance teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
· Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
Desired skills and experience:
· 1-2 years' experience in an active conference production role.
· Demonstrable experience in defining the direction of event conference themes and content.
· Excellent organizational abilities and reporting skills.
· Outstanding communication and people skills combined with an eye for detail.
· Effective time management and administrative capabilities.
· Confidence in managing junior team members and freelancers to achieve the end goal.
· Ability to effectively communicate and work with all departments of the organization.
· An attitude and passion to deliver the best service to our clients, speakers and community.
· Flexibility to work on a flexible schedule, and to occasionally work with different time zones and set your own schedule.
· Ability to self-manage in a primarily remote environment.
· English language fluency required, additional languages a bonus.
· Familiarity with the HR industry a bonus.
· Preferably some familiarity with Salesforce, Monday.com, Swapcard, and other project management tools are an added bonus.
