Job Title - Client Engagement Manager
Salary - Up to £40k plus bonus
Location - Hybrid, x2 days per week in central London office

ZMedia is hiring for a Client Engagement Manager to join a boutique content marketing and publishing business within the medical and life sciences space.

The successful candidate must:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years working in a business environment in an account management, project management or client management role
  • Be able to show evidence of exceptional attention to detail and customer focus
  • Have experience of a busy, face-paced and varied role, showing excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Be able to demonstrate significant experience in using a project management platform such as Monday
 
The Client Engagement Manager’s role will include:
  • Acting as the key internal contact point for all team members to direct client-related information and requests
  • Responsibility for the programme management functionality of our project management system, including keeping all information up-to-date at all times, and continuously working on ways to improve efficiency
  • Operational management of 100+ webinars a year (scheduling and hosting prep calls & pre-records, obtaining all information needed for marketing purposes and presentations etc., on-the-day speaker support, post-webinar reporting)
  • Responsibility for all client management (obtaining materials such as adverts, logos etc., answering client queries, arranging and implementing gating forms, lead & readership reporting, detailed checking of all client content)
  • Liaising with clients on email campaigns, working with the marketing team to provide tests and sending reports
  • Building a strong working knowledge of our website and webinar platforms (amongst others) in order to deliver excellent service to our clients and identify new ways to deliver our services.
