Job title: Marketing Specialist
Reporting to: Head of Marketing
Direct reports: n/a
Function: Marketing
Location: Remote mostly/ London
Salary: Up to £45,000 p.a.
This role is working for a highly respected and established client of ours operating within the media space. Please find further details below.
Key accountabilities
● To plan and implement effective, targeted integrated marketing campaigns that drive leads and
foster customer relationships with our client. You will work across the full suite of marketing channels
including social media, email marketing, websites, paid media, partnerships etc.
● Project manage the creation of a suite of marketing collateral, including digital, print and video
assets. You will actively monitor the brand identity and tone of voice, curate and create copy, and
brief collateral into internal design teams and/ or external service providers.
● To allocate spending and resources that will generate the best returns, whilst carefully managing
costs to ensure profit targets are also met
● To ensure all marketing activity and results are tracked and measured to allow dynamic investment
based on analysis of current and past performance
● Create comprehensive data and segmentation strategies to ensure total audience is reached with
the right messaging
● Liaise with key internal stakeholders to ensure strategic marketing objectives and campaign launch
deadlines are met
Skills required
● Sophisticated marketing experience, preferably with direct exposure to marketing digital
subscription products (eg Business Information, SaaS, Enterprise licences)
● An understanding of content marketing and how it can be utilised to drive leads, event registrations
and direct sales conversions
● Innovative and creative - be ready to work as part of the team and test and innovate to drive results
● Target oriented - you have worked in a measured environment
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Strong analytical skills and use of excel/data packages (intermediate)
