- Title : Event Marketing Manager
Salary : Up to £40,000 p. a.
Location : London/ WFH (Hybrid, flexible working)

Roles & responsibilities
Creating, managing and implementing yearly event marketing and communications plans
Management reporting and analysis – using this analysis to drive strategic decisions both annually and in-campaign
Management of the Marketing Executive
KPI tracking - analytics and reporting / tracking and analysis – in campaign and post event to drive strategic decisions
Working alongside the Content Marketer to drive strategies for lead generation
Industry profiling and data gap analysis - creating data research plans with an emphasis on lead generation for sponsorship, delegate and membership sales
Leading event team meetings
Building relationships with media partners – both for events and for the association
Managing relationships with event sponsors and ensuring contract fulfilment
Copy writing – creating email, PR and social media campaigns – creating brochures and writing website copy
Liaising with external agencies – PR, designers, data researchers
CRM management
Website management
Requirements
Proven work experience as an events marketer. 2 years minimum.
Proficient in English with strong communications and writing skills.
Impeccable attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office, WordPress and CRM software (ideally Hubspot).
Experience of professional CRM and email systems.
Expertise in social media platforms – primarily LinkedIn & Twitter.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, (Google Adwords, Tag Manager and UTM preferable)
Project management skills and ability to use one’s own initiative and to prioritise tasks.
Degree in Marketing, CIM qualifications or similar (preferable).
