- Title : Senior Marketing Events Manager
Salary : Up to £65,000 p. a.
Location : London/ WFH (Hybrid working)
For this role we are looking for an energetic and driven person with a genuine passion for Marketing & Events. As our clients Marketing & Events Manager you will be reporting into the Head of Marketing and will work closely with the rest of the marketing team.
Main Duties
Events:
— Manage, coordinate, and execute all activities across a wide range of events
— Manage data throughout the events process, such as ROI, event feedback etc
— Champion brand with expert knowledge of their business, and competitors to ensure events are positioned appropriately
— Stay up to date on market events and key audiences to seek new opportunities
— Work collaboratively and build relationships across the business to identifying opportunities and make recommendations to ensure each event meets the broader campaign goals and targets
— Ability to think strategically and operationally, delivering the day-to day while ensure each event supports the overall campaign strategy
Ensure events run like a dream
Marketing:
— Supporting the strategic development and execution of marketing plan
— Working closely with the Leadership team you will play a key role in communicating the strategic vision
— Working closely with underwriting teams you will help them to build their value-propositions and find creative ways to bring these to life through their marketing, events, comms and PR activity
Personal Skills:
— 5+ years of marketing and events experience
- Excellent time management, organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience managing B2B conference events
- Experience of marketing and campaigns
- Experience running webinars and online events to global audiences
- Experience handling budgets and invoices
— Brilliant communications skills with the confidence to build relationships at all levels, including Leadership team, and to ask the right questions so you can get your job done
— Strong team player: collaborative and adept at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels across our global offices
— Strong writing and editing ability, with attention to detail. Producing high quality work when under pressure
— Comfortable getting to grips with complex terms, insurance speak and jargon and communicating tricky concepts clearly
— Has a positive and helpful approach whilst at work with a willingness to muck in
