This business is largely agency facing, so they're keen to speak to professionals who are used to navigating the London agencies and know the faces. The role will be to head the Business Development team and have a 'run through walls' mentality to drive sales and increase revenues. This will suit a 'sleeves up' type individual, happy to work hard and maximise their outgoing sales efforts to fill the pipeline with prospects and close the business.
This role has become available due to significant growth and the need to put down the stable foundations that all future sales can be built upon. To that end, they're not only looking for a super salesperson, but also a strategist that can test the most effective methods. Tracking response rates and conversion levels to see which are the best approaches. Utilising the best technology to help sales win the business, implementing new tech stacks and cadences to ensure effectivity. Pipeline management is an absolute must.
