ZMedia is looking for a Client Engagement Executive to join a fast growing specialist online bioscience publisher based in London. They focus on the cutting edge of biomedical R&D, including cell and gene therapy, immuno-oncology and vaccines, and are passionate about delivering high value content in innovative digital formats.
They are seeking a Client Engagement Executive to join the team full-time. The role offers great opportunities for progression and, with the support of a line manager, will see you managing about 30 webinars a year.
It is a hybrid role with 1-2 days per week spent with the team in central London, and the rest at home.
The successful candidate must have at least 1 year's experience working in a similar role within Media. This includes Account Management, Project Management, Campaign Management, Customer Success or Event Management as examples.
To name a few, the role will initially include:
- Acting as the key internal contact point for all team members to direct client-related information and requests
- Responsibility for the account management functionality of the project management system, including keeping all information up-to-date at all times, and continuously working on ways to improve efficiency
- Operational management of 30+ webinars a year (scheduling and hosting prep calls & pre-records, obtaining all information needed for marketing purposes and presentations etc., on-the-day speaker support, post-webinar reporting)
- Responsibility for all client management (obtaining materials such as adverts, logos etc., answering client queries, arranging and implementing gating forms, lead & readership reporting, detailed checking of all client content)
