Role Overview:
They are seeking an experienced Account Director with a background in media and tech sales to lead and manage the agency's relationships with clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring client satisfaction. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as the Account Director/Agency Manager will be required to work closely with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and drive growth for the agency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and production, to deliver integrated campaigns that meet client objectives.
• Develop and deliver presentations to clients, articulating agency capabilities, services, and solutions.
• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication, project management, and issue resolution.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for the agency.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
We also value:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Experience in Media Agencies is key
• 5+ years of experience in tech and IT sales with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and paid search.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
