Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and growing client relationships, hitting the ground running, and achieving revenue targets. The successful candidate will ideally come from a Tech/IT vendor or a Tech agency.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective account management and new business development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Provide regular status reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to win new business.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients.
 
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in managing and growing client relationships.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex business environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A self-starter who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
  • Ideally comes from a Tech/IT vendor or another Tech agency.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or sales.
