Job About the Role
ZMedia is looking for an experienced, organised and responsible individual who wants to accelerate their career within a stellar team of client service performance marketing professionals.
You should be keen to contribute your own ideas and experience to our growing team and suite of services and be comfortable working directly with clients to advise on and ensure the highest quality execution of their strategy. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment, founded on principles of transparency, output quality, and compliance with global industry standards.
This is a hybrid role and you will need to balance working from home and working in Angel, London hub office as required. The team meet for regular co-working days during the week.
Your responsibilities will include:
• The account management of existing client accounts to maintain and grow revenue.
• Supporting the development and nurturing of strong partnerships with clients and their teams.
• Organising and attending quarterly business reviews and other meetings to ensure a strong client relationship.
• Managing and optimising assigned accounts to fulfil the needs of the client.
• Handling routine client queries.
• Attending appropriate client and networking events to enhance client relationship development.
• Implementing and advising on performance marketing concepts to optimise assigned accounts.
• Production of account management documentation, including reporting to the client on a regular basis with insights into the campaign and highlighting additional opportunities for growth.
• Reporting program performance to team lead.
• Undertaking analysis of past campaigns to influence future campaigns or opportunities.
• The production of regular and bespoke reports on assigned campaigns.
• Managing the allocation of budget amongst publishers.
• Maintaining and developing our publisher portfolio.
• Liaising and negotiating priority levels of exposure with best performing publishers to maximise delivery.
• Mentoring junior members of the team and supporting their development and growth.
What we are looking for:
• Commercial acumen.
• Friendly with the desire and ability to co-operate, collaborate and build relationships with others (including colleagues, clients, and partners) in a collaborative environment.
• Solid experience of operations or client services within performance marketing.
• Good planning and reviewing capability with a disciplined and organised approach.
• Superb project management skills with the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Power user of the Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Word. You can handle VLOOKUP’s, PivotTables and the like without breaking a sweat.
• Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to exchange information with others clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrable ability in client relationship building with strong influencing and networking skills.
• The ability to focus on performance and deliver results.
• The ability to self-motivate and work without day-to-day guidance.
• The ability to maintain personal effectiveness, efficiency, and resilience during change.
• The motivation and ability to add value and provide an excellent service to customers (both internal and external)
• A good understanding of how performance marketing fits within the context of the wider online marketing mix, with excellent knowledge of performance marketing metrics.
• A good understanding of multi-channel marketing.
• The willingness to remain up to date with emerging trends and developments across digital marketing and client business verticals/technologies.
• You must have the right to work in the UK at the commencement of employment. Sponsorship is not offered for this role.
