Marketing Director - Large scale B2B Events - up to £100k - FULLY REMOTE
ZMedia is seeking a modern, strategic, and hands-on Marketing Director to lead all marketing functions across brand, digital, campaigns, and AI-enabled growth for a B2B large scale events business. This role owns the marketing engine end-to-end and has strong potential to grow into a broader executive remit.
Key Responsibilities

Lead annual and multi-year marketing strategy aligned to commercial goals.

Drive audience acquisition, pipeline growth, and revenue through data-led campaigns.

Own brand positioning and deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns.

Lead CRM, automation, and performance marketing, ensuring data quality and insight-driven decisions.

Embed AI across workflows and champion innovation.

Manage, coach, and develop a cross-functional marketing team.

Partner with Sales, Content, Ops, and leadership to drive unified go-to-market execution.

Own marketing KPIs, reporting, experimentation, and optimisation.

Manage budgets and external agencies.
Essential Experience

Proven B2B marketing leadership in high-growth or scale-up environments.

Strong commercial mindset and performance/digital marketing expertise.
