Overview
Responsible for analysing and optimising Salesforce to improve sales efficiency, forecasting, and data quality. Works closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to streamline processes and deliver clear performance insights.Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain Salesforce reports/dashboards
• Improve sales processes and introduce automation
• Ensure data accuracy and governance
• Support order management and cross-team alignment
• Provide ad hoc analysis for leadership
• Optimise Salesforce workflows and integrationsSkills & Experience
• Experience in sales/revenue operations (events sector beneficial)
• Knowledge of Salesforce AI/Einstein Analytics
• Strong Excel and BI skills (Power BI, Tableau)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
