Reporting to: Marketing Director

About the Role

  • Create and manage high-quality digital content for a senior executive audience.
  • Produce articles, whitepapers, reports, interviews, and thought-leadership content.
  • Conduct independent research and engage with industry experts, influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Support business growth through content that drives audience engagement and event participation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling content across multiple digital formats.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and event teams to align content with business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Build brand awareness through social media and industry engagement.
  • Analyse content performance and use insights to optimise future campaigns.
  • Support lead generation, community growth, and event marketing initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry leaders, speakers, sponsors, and partners.

Skills & Experience

  • 2–3+ years’ experience in content creation, editorial, publishing, or marketing roles.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to translate complex or technical topics into engaging, accessible content.
  • Experience using social media platforms for professional brand-building and audience engagement.
  • Good understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Collaborative approach and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Desirable Experience

  • B2B publishing, conferences, exhibitions, events, membership organisations, or related industries.
  • Experience creating content for professional or executive audiences.
