Job Title - Account Director
Salary - up to £60,000 plus £20,000 commission

ZMedia is hiring for a dedicated Account Director to focus solely on expanding this market leading business's consumer/B2C client base and securing all the untapped business that is out in the B2C market. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality proposals and proactively developing new business in order to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. The successful applicant will be expected to work with their sales team counterparts to grow revenue share and deliver a world-class customer experience. The successful candidate will also have a strong understanding of B2C marketing, the media space, the agency landscape, and will have the ability to find opportunities and confidently present to clients, offering highly focused and customized marketing solutions that drive tangible results.
As an Account Director you will:- Identify, develop and close sales opportunities with your customer base
- Develop, service, and prospect relationships with named B2C agencies & clients
- Confidently present a portfolio of custom solutions
- Negotiate and be responsible for all contracts and execute creative ideas
- Drive new business revenue generation
- Gain market share with existing customers

- Requirements 5+ years online sales experience, ideally in a technology environment working directly with B2C clients Minimum of 3 years selling dedicated online solutions demonstrating a deep understanding of online media and trends Expert-level understanding and fluency across demand generation, programmatic display and video, social, mobile, events, and media services Strong and proven presentation, writing, critical thinking and negotiation skills Ability to understand complex business marketing issues and how to leverage the portfolio to achieve the client's objectives Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment, self-motivate, and add to the energy of a highly engaged team Self-starter with good organizational and time management skills; able to work within tight deadlines Strong presentation skills to senior level executives Demonstrated understanding of and experience with exceptional customer service and time management skills
