Salary: up to £60,000 p/a
Location: Central London
ZMedia is on the lookout for a Head of Production to join the UK management team of a digital first media business
This events team specialize in running targeted online events that provide thought leadership content to members across a number of industries The event portfolio has been a key driver of the profitability of the business, having grown by 20 – 30% each year since 2019.
What does the role involve?
- Leading a team of 5+ online conference producers and freelancers
- Overseeing 70+ online events a year
- Topic generation for new digital events
- Working with sponsors to improve their content/sessions
- Developing a long-term content strategy for each event
- Format evolution to increase registrations and engagement
- Chairing and moderating events and webinars
- Helping producers create weekly content to grow their knowledge and presence
- Liaising with the management team to drive event revenue growth
- Recruiting and training new digital producers
- Producing 1 event a quarter
What we are looking for?
- 5+ years in B2B conferences
- 2+ years of management experience
- Experience of having launched new conference topics
- Track record of growing repeat events
- Ability to write compelling copy to support event promotion and membership acquisition
- 2:1 degree minimum
