Title: Email Marketing Manager
Salary: Up to £55,000 plus additional comms
Location: London with hybrid and remote working options available.

Responsibilities:- - Creation of a comprehensive email strategy including recruiting new sign ups, limiting un-subscriptions and significantly growing database of registrants
- - Lead the planning and execution for email marketing activities, including the creation of an effective sign-up plan.
- - Build and optimize segmentation and email content personalization strategies by leveraging user behavior and activity data.
- - You will be responsible for optimizing the email experience through building and merchandising a high volume of email and push-notification content
- - Combine creativity and data analytics to select comment and improve design.
- - Accommodate and develop Advertising client’s newsletter sponsorships
- - Aligning with cross-functional internal teams such as Product, Editorial, and Creative to develop and launch digital initiatives that drive growth and retention across the portfolio.
- - Creating test plans for creative elements to drive increased engagements.
Qualifications:- - Demonstrated experience working with email and social media marketing in a consumer environment.
- - Appreciation of newsletter design and subject selection
- - A solid understanding of how to leverage data to test and execute growth strategies
- - Established track record of achieving growth across all email channels, andexperience in growing audiences and engagement levels.
- - Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external partnerships; must be able to work with various internal stakeholders in a collaborative & harmonious way and drive projects through to successful conclusion.
- - Experience in CRM marketing with demonstrated substantial knowledge in CRM platforms and solutions for targeting, segmentation, campaign management, and email marketing.
