- ZBusiness Limited is a leading recruitment consortium, operating across media, marketing and the legal markets via 3 separate business units.
We're looking for a candidate resourcer / business development manager, to work either full or part-time, on a permanent basis. We are a very flexible business and happily support any candidates who want to work in a flexible way, such as those who require short days to fit around childcare and work from home.
Overview of Duties:
- Understanding our clients’ requirements and how to separate a relevant candidate from a non-relevant candidates
- Sourcing & approaching prospective candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
- Organising and conducting telephone interviews with candidates to further explore and probe their suitability for our live positions
- Enter data onto the internal CRM system for each candidate, ensuring absolute accuracy throughout
- Creating templated CV's for relevant candidates and emailing them over to clients and being the point contact for any questions
- Maintaining excellent relationships with both client companies and candidates
- Organising external interviews and being the point of liaison between candidate and clients
- Helping to negotiate job offers
- Conducting business development, approaching businesses we're not currently working with in order to convert them to new business
We are looking for someone who has worked in either sales or recruitment from any market and who has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
We offer high commission percentages for deals successfully completed. We anticipate this person earning a further £10,000 - £20,000, in addition to their basic salary.
