Job title: Head of Delegate Sales
ZMedia seeking a driven and proactive Head of Delegate Relations to lead the delegate relations team of this award winning B2B Media and Events business. The team are responsible for identifying and recruiting some of the most influential individuals from the financial industry to this brand's extensive events portfolio- including online events, half day briefings and multi day conferences. The role involves building client relationships on all levels, engaging with clients via email, phone and in person meetings as well as attending events.
Salary: Up to £45,000 plus £20,000
Location: Central London
Type: Permanent, with hybrid working
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
The successful candidate will be able to effectivity manage, inspire & develop the team to deliver successful events with a quality audience. This is hugely varied and rewarding role.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing a small team and taking overall responsibility for delegate recruitment across all events
- Developing the brand's existing events and bringing new ideas forward to keep their audience engaged
- Identifying new clients and growing awareness of the brand, events & content
- Meeting with existing clients to carry out research, identify their investment challenges and report ideas for events/content back to the wider team
- Liaising with sponsorship sales, operations, marketing & other departments within the wider business
- Assist in the running of both online and face to face events
