Description
ZMedia is hiring for a fantastic Head of Paid Social to join a rapidly growing, data analytics & ad-tech scale-up based in London with customers across Europe, Australia and North America.

Salary: Up to £60,000 plus a £10,000 incentive bonus
Location: Central London (x2-3 days per week, the rest remote)

You will lead and be instrumental in the development of a collaborative and ambitious team. You will work across a diverse roster of clients within a host of different industries, including F&B, luxury, sport and work with a wide range of advertising spend and channels. You will also lead the Paid Social team which consists of five traders of various levels who work across Paid Social and PPC. As part of the wider Ad Operations team, you will also work closely with the Head of Programmatic and report to the Client Director.

This is a management level role, where you will
  • Oversee the performance of the Paid Social team and their related KPIs.
  • Build and implement strategies to improve performance across the team
  • Supervise all Paid Social activities including testing and optimisation
  • Be the expert on all things Paid Social, including upskilling and training others across the business
  • Improve systems, processes and automations that drive efficiency and delivery
  • Manage, lead and develop the Paid Social team, including but not limited to reviews and training
  • Work with the senior leadership team to implement company wide initiatives

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
  • Exceptional Paid Social knowledge, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest
  • Experience leading and managing a team of at least three people
  • Experience running highly sophisticated paid social campaigns, working with multiple clients across various industries with varying budgets
  • Ability to hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Be a team player and have the ability to manage multiple shifting priorities as seamlessly as possible
