They trust their staff and micromanagement is a dirty word here. This business is in serious growth, with year on year revenue increasing from £2.8m to 5.6m in 2021 and a forecast of £10.2m this year and £16m in 2023.
They provide scalable video production solutions to business, to take over the design and creation of their video assets for all their websites, events, clients, training, internal comms, animations etc. They also have a SaaS product that helps businesses to manage, streamline and optimise all of their video products from whichever platforms they're on.
They help companies like Amazon or large media agencies. Commission is uncapped and is 5% of everything sold. The SDR team are responsible for driving leads, whether incoming (PPC leads) or through their own efforts. Once these leads are ready to be developed, they're passed to the BDM team to pitch, negotiate and close.
