ZMedia is looking for an experienced Programmatic Lead to join a rapidly growing, data analytics & ad-tech scale-up based in London.  Their pioneering technology is a powerful telescope into human understanding. This company's managed service offering includes a significant amount of programmatic activation on behalf of clients and partners, leveraging their market-leading audience insights platform and DSP integrations, to deliver best-in-class performance on campaigns targeting the bespoke audiences brought to life by our technology.

About you:

You are an ambitious, capable, multi-faceted senior trader with the technical expertise to deliver client goals on programmatic campaigns, alongside the drive and aptitude to lead the Programmatic Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximise campaign ROI for clients whilst managing internal commercial priorities
  •  Undertake and troubleshoot ad operations tasks such as pixel implementation and creative trafficking
  • Take responsibility for the growth of this company's managed service offering
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the platform
  • Establish best practices and optimisation strategies for campaigns utilising DSP platforms
  • Implement, drive, and oversee approach to testing
  • Deliver insight into the implications of campaign constraints, such as scale, ramp up time, creative used and cost per conversion
  • Assist in the evaluation of new tools, opportunities or enhancements for integration efforts to improve the value of the marketing dataset
  • Support and educate sales team in identifying opportunities and delivering recommendations to clients
  • Manage, train and oversee the development of programmatic executives on a small but growing team
