Type - Permanent, hybrid working (1-2 days per week office based)
ZMedia is hiring for an Account Manager to join the team of a highly regarded digital consumer technology platform. This is an exciting role within a dynamic team with scope for quick progression and excellent opportunities to develop a multitude of commercial skills and experience.
The role will focus on developing their consumer technology relationships to sell digital advertising, creative solutions and licensing across their key brands. There is an emphasis on consultative selling, relationship management and negotiation.
What you will be doing
We are looking for someone with a good track record of account management and sales to work on this industry leading brand, with the potential to work across further brands as the role develops. This position is a customer facing role and offers a consultative sales approach. There will also be the opportunity to get creative as we continuously look for ways to enhance our client offerings with new product and sponsorship ideas.
Your role will focus on developing new and existing relationships to sell digital advertising, licensing and sponsorship. You will need to be proactive, efficient, organised and interested in people and technology.
- Be actively out in the market each week
- Maximising your own sales results in conjunction with your managers and brand strategy through calls, meetings & emails to comprehensively cover your client base
- Establishing multi-level contacts within your client base, who will vary in size
- Using your own sales skills to sell and increase revenue and market share.
- Good knowledge and understanding of the following media platforms – Licensing, Content Marketing and Performance, and Digital Advertising
- A clear and confident communicator with highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire individuals across teams
- Experience of presenting and good presentation skills are essential
- A positive and enthusiastic approach to your work
- A willingness to learn and take on new ideas
- A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude, personal drive, resourcefulness and initiative
