- ZMedia is looking for a Team Lead, Customer Experience to support Western Europe & META regions at the largest Tech media business in the world. You will work with their rapidly expanding customer experience team.
The Team Lead, Customer Experience will take campaigns from inception to market and will lead a group of WEMETA Customer Experience executives team. You will be working alongside big name brands and engaging with both clients directly and Media Agencies.
Responsibilies:
1) Run weekly group meetings, reviewing allocated account base, as well as leading training sessions alongside other team leads across the globe.
2) Be the point of escalation for issue management for resolution with customers and internal teams
3) Support the Customer Experience Manager through their recruitment process for any new hires, working with them to find the best people for our team and business.
4) Professionally and successfully manage customer marketing programs from availability checking to final reporting including data analysis, fulfilment and campaign reporting.
5) Maintenance of customer and booking data in the sales order system
6) In addition, the successful candidate will work in collaboration with members of the commercial teams (locally and remotely) to support the sales cycle and deliver revenues from their media, data and services campaigns.
