- Title: Attendee Marketing Executive - Location: West Sussex - Salary: Up to £30,000 p. a. - Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will take ownership of the event attendee marketing and the strategy and implementation of all business development marketing initiatives. You'll be hands-on, working in a fast-paced, agile environment. - The Attendee Marketing Exec will: - - Lead and deliver B2B integrated marketing campaigns with the target of acquiring, nurturing, and retaining event attendees. - -Manage the process, implementation, tracking, and measurement of marketing campaigns that support attendee quality & quantities. - -Develop a thorough understanding of audiences and adjust the messaging in line with results - -Work with the delegate management and content creation teams to streamline processes and ensure consistency of messaging. - -Assist in the launch of new products, including relevant data development plans. - -Implement email campaigns and help to manage social media activities with the aim of increasing followers and engagement. - -Work with the team to create compelling marketing content across a range of formats to support campaigns, including web, video, and print - -Help to keep the websites up to date and ensure the latest agenda and speaker details are being maximised. - -Brief and oversee the work of external agencies - -Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web breakdown, ROI and evaluation of KPIs. - -Assist in the selection and implementation of the new CRM system, ensuring it is fit for purpose. - -Collate and utilise data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns. - -Coordinate production of collateral/assets. - Key requirements: - - Two years marketing experience, ideally B2B. - - Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills - - Proven working experience with creative marketing campaigns - - Experience with SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media ads and/or display advertising campaigns - - Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels - - Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments - - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking - - Ideally, experience using Hubspot or similar CRM
