- Job Title - Senior Producer
Salary - up to £65,000
Location - Central London x2 days per week, the rest remote
ZMedia is looking for a senior conference producer to join a newly created division within a very well established event and conference business. You will help shape the future product mix for the business in Europe and North America.
The goal of the role is to identify new disruptive forces helping to shape tomorrow’s economy and businesses and develop high impact events to serve these communities through content, networking, and solutions.
Who is the role for?
The role would suit someone who is creative and enjoys a challenge. The ideal candidate is an experienced producer either looking for the next step from managing a portfolio of conferences in a single topic area, or a current people manager who wants to step back from the people side and focus on conference production.
In the short term this is a conference production role, but we are looking for someone who can manage the production team as it grows.
The Role will involve:
The senior conference producer will work closely with the Managing Director to:
- Identify and test new conference topics
- Pull together speaker panels of senior thought leaders
- Write copy for event websites and emails
- Facilitate both webinars and physical events
- Manage the sales, marketing and operations for our events
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in conference production
- Interest in new tech and current affairs
- Experience having worked on launch products
- Exceptional written and verbal English
- Someone who is focused on solutions rather than challenges
- Self-starter who can demonstrate a track record of a resourceful, entrepreneurial approach to work
