Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and growing client relationships, hitting the ground running, and achieving revenue targets. The successful candidate will ideally come from a Tech/IT vendor or a Tech agency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective account management and new business development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Provide regular status reports and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to win new business.
- Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in managing and growing client relationships.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex business environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A self-starter who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
- Ideally comes from a Tech/IT vendor or another Tech agency.
- 5+ years of experience in account management or sales.
