Our client is a multi-award winning b2b publishing business, operating out of their offices in central London. Their staff are encouraged to use their initiative and constantly upgrade their abilities through training and attendance at events.
This business is dynamic and sociable, where multi-platform and cross-sales is encouraged. They are a happy team of professionals and as a result, their staff turnover is extremely low.
The Sales Director is a new position and a reflection on the significant growth they've experience over the last few years. It will be responsible for one of their highest revenue accounts and the 3 sales people on that team. This is a player / manager role and your efforts will be instrumental in overachieving the targets. Key to this will include the motivation and training of the team and implementing intelligent strategies.
