ZMedia have a great new role for a Client Relationship Associate to join a business intelligence company's growing customer success team.
This is a role for an established business intelligence sales company that sells financial intelligence, insights and news to other B2B organisations. Their subscription only service is trusted by leading investment bankers, private equity investors, management consultants, professional advisers and law firms.
The Client Relationship Associate’s role itself will very much be a customer success role. You will gain an understanding of their subscriptions model and how it’s sold so that you can inform and train future clients on this platform. There will be a renewals element to this role, where you will check in with clients to see how they are using the service and aim to encourage them to renew.
International travel is also included, you will get to attend events that they hold globally, across Europe, Asia, Middle East, New York etc.
The role pays up to £40,000 plus a further £8,000 based on renewals. It will be 4 days a week in their office, near London Bridge and 1 day WFH.
