Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Take full ownership of marketing strategies for your event portfolio, ensuring creative and effective approaches that drive success from start to finish.
- Multi-Channel Campaign Execution: Leverage a variety of channels—including email marketing, social media, SEO, and PPC—to discover new prospects, boost brand visibility, and engage target audiences.
- Partnership Development: Lead the charge in building and maintaining long-term, impactful partnerships with top associations, publications, and influencers across the globe.
- Revenue Growth & Customer Engagement: Actively nurture prospects and past customers to enhance revenue streams and achieve set targets.
- Compelling Content Creation: Craft persuasive and engaging copy for each stage of the event lifecycle, experimenting with communication methods and analyzing results to optimize performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including expert speakers and sponsors, to secure their support in promoting events through their networks.
- Campaign Analysis & Improvement: Regularly assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities, using data-driven insights to identify future opportunities and address potential challenges.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Experience: 3-4+ years of marketing experience, ideally within B2B publishing, conferences, events, exhibitions, or a membership organization.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing comprehensive marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, stakeholder engagement, media partnerships, and data analysis.
- Communication & Teamwork: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and collaborate effectively across departments and seniority levels.
- Copywriting Excellence: Proficient in crafting compelling content across various mediums, driving engagement with our community and boosting event participation.
- Data-Driven & Commercial Mindset: Experience in managing marketing budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI and profitability.
- Creative Problem-Solving: A proactive problem-solver who dives into details to make informed decisions.
- Ambition & Results-Driven: A passion for not only meeting but exceeding lead and revenue targets, with a strong team-oriented approach.
