Job Title - Conference Director
Salary - up to £70k plus a profit share (£15k - £30k)
Location - central London
Work pattern - x2 days per week in the office
ZMedia is working with a well established large events company to hire a fantastic Conference Director to lead the team to deliver content on a portfolio of 10 events.
This role requires strong team management skills as you will be managing a team of conference producers. As well as this, you will be responsible for growth strategy and driving innovation within the content to engage their audiences. Finally, you will act as brand ambassador within the community, discussing industry opportunities and pain points and helping build the advisory boards.
