Sales Enablement Manager - B2B Ad Tech - Up to £60k - Hybrid, London
ZMedia is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join a B2B advertising technology company delivering data-driven omni-channel activation, analytics, and lead generation solutions. Their platform helps businesses reach highly targeted audiences, optimise campaigns, and gain deep insight into customer behaviour.
They are focused on moving beyond traditional cookie-based tracking toward more durable, cookieless attribution methods, giving marketers greater transparency, control, and future-ready insights. As they scale globally across EMEA, the US, and APAC, they are building teams to support continued growth.
The Role
As part of their international expansion, they are growing their Sales Enablement capability to support global commercial teams. This role focuses on building, managing, and evolving sales collateral, onboarding, tools, and processes to ensure teams communicate value clearly and consistently across regions.
Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver onboarding and training for new commercial hires

Create, curate, and optimise sales collateral and enablement materials

Simplify complex messaging into clear, customer-facing narratives

Build proposal and presentation templates for global sales teams

Support strategic sales opportunities by owning key presentations

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment

Adapt materials to meet regional market needs
Experience & Skills
-
4+ years’ experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or related roles

Strong content creation, communication, and design skills

Experience translating complex products into clear sales messaging

Analytical, organised, and comfortable in fast-growing environments

Background in B2B SaaS, media, or ad tech preferred
