They give access to practical insights, they embrace external trends and help organizations embrace these trends and ride the tail wind they deliver for innovation.They are looking for a Conference Producer to join the team to help continue the growth in their event portfolio. They will identify the topics that are critical for their communities, secure the speakers and brands everyone wants to hear from and work with the internal teams to deliver events that are both valuable and profitable.This is a UK-based remote working opportunity; occasional attendance at the London office may be required.Role Responsibilities• Researching and sourcing senior-level industry professionals to be speakers at the events• Developing a clear understanding of the vendor market landscape and sector as a whole• Carrying out in-depth telephone research with senior industry professionals to identify cutting edge conference topics• Building great relationships with industry professionals as well as with cross functional teams in our business internally• Creating engaging conference programmes that encompass the event’s value proposition whilst driving profit for the business• Direction of the Sponsorship, Delegates Sales and Marketing strategies• Directly managing the financials of the event, and using the P&L to direct decisions• Creating cutting-edge content such as eBooks, reports and podcasts• Developing the events’ social media presence in partnership with the marketing team• Motivating and leading the cross-functional event team towards delivering and exceeding event targets• Travelling internationally to the events you produce
