Salary - Up to £28,000 plus £6,000
Location - London, hybrid working
ZMedia is looking for a Graduate Conference Producer to join one of the leading global event and conferences businesses, based in London. They organise over 15000 events a year all over the world.
Conference Producers are a vital part of the events industry. They are responsible for researching content for events, writing agendas, sourcing speakers and can also be on stage, giving out the opening address at the event.
Daily tasks might include:
- Conduct telephone and web-based market research to develop educational content, identify conference topics, and recruit high level speakers
- Create cutting edge content to attract senior level executives to your conferences
- Develop event agendas and marketing materials to promote events in your portfolio
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing and operations teams to create successful events
- Project Manage events from concept to delivery – Set the vision and see it come to fruition

- Salary: £26 – 28K + Competitive Profit Share on any events you produce (Estimated OTE for Y1 with Profit Share £34K)

Experience, Skills & Attributes we are looking for:
Essential:
- Research-based bachelor’s degree (2:1 as minimum)
- Proven ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with great time management skills
- Intellectually curious with a willingness to learn about new topics
- Effective collaborator and team player
- Good IT skills

- Previous experience in customer-facing role
