Job Title - Senior Client Strategist
Salary - up to £70k plus £20k commission
Location - central London, hybrid
ZMedia is looking for a Senior Client Strategist to join one of the world's largest technology media businesses. This truly unique role would see you working with commercial team primarily on B2B strategic client engagements, creating integrated, data-driven marketing programs for the customer base.
In this role, you conceptualise, design and present marketing programs that integrate this company's comprehensive catalogue of media, content marketing, events, data and MarTech solutions to connect customer brands to their audiences and help drive pipeline for their businesses.
Your primary role is to help customers (technology marketers) drive the adoption of their technology products and solutions. You will have the support of other internal team members such as sales, marketing, Ad ops, Media & Services, Data & Software, Social media, Customer experience and Project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Programs - create and present world-class marketing programs and campaigns for our customers to drive business results. This includes producing and presenting sales decks and results-oriented proposals.
Product Innovation – have a keen eye for new developments in the market using data, content, demand, and social media marketing, aligned with the portfolio and look to introduce or work on new solutions that they do not have in the portfolio to drive the best results for customers. This could include building new solutions and partnering with 3rd parties in the B2B media and marketing ecosystems. Previous experience of this is desirable but not essential.
Key attributes of the role:
- Digital marketing expertise and planning across media, marketing services, communications, or content marketing in the UK and/or Europe
- Data-driven B2B marketing programs – experience leveraging 1st and 3rd party data and martech platforms to generate leads, pipeline and ROI for brands and organisations.
- Critical thinking – ability to think strategically with solid business knowledge, some brand research and insight gathering experience, organisationally and business savvy.
- Creative Writing – utilise excellent writing skills and the ability to tailor messages to specific and multiple constituencies.
- Digital and/or Converged Media Expertise – apply a deep enough understanding of the marketing industry to break ground with new ideas that span paid, owned, and earned marketing solutions.
- Big ideas – create impactful marketing concepts and campaigns in response to industry trends and client objectives.
- Proposals creation – create presentations; pitching ideas, commercial flair, leverage excitement, precision, and visual impact to convey an idea.
- Financial prudence – prudence in balancing ideas with budgets to ensure programs are net positives for both Foundry and our clients.
- Confidence and poise –demonstrate strong interpersonal, organisational and presentation skills at a senior level, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of a matrixed organisation.
