Job Title - Client Engagement Executive
Salary - up to £40,000
Location - Central London, Hybrid.
ZMedia is on the hint for a Client Engagement Executive to join a boutique publishing firm based near Waterloo. It’s a hybrid role with 2 days per week spent with the team in the office, and the rest at home. This is a role that suits someone organised, with a keen eye for details, who likes dealing with and building cliet relationships.
The role includes:
- Acting as the main point of contact for all team members and clients
- Using a project management system to manage webinar operations
- Scheduling and hosting prep calls & pre-records, obtaining all information needed for marketing purposes and presentations etc., on-the-day speaker support, post-webinar reporting
- Quality checking all webinar reporting, including registration/attendance lists and stats
